Indications for Use:

EndeavorRx is a digital therapeutic intended to improve attention function in children aged 8-12 diagnosed with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD, and who exhibit demonstrable attention issues. Patients engaging with EndeavorRx have shown improvements in computer-based testing of sustained and selective attention, as measured by the Test of Variables of Attention (TOVA®). It is important to note that this treatment may not directly address typical behavioral symptoms such as hyperactivity and should be considered along with other therapeutic approaches including clinician-directed therapy, medication, and educational programs.

Side Effects:

No serious adverse events have been reported. Among the 538 participants involved in trials supporting the authorization of EndeavorRx, 50 individuals (9.3%) experienced probable or likely treatment-related adverse events. In studies involving a control group, three participants reported treatment-related adverse events associated with the digital control. Adverse events included frustration (6.1%), headache (1.3%), dizziness (0.6%), emotional reaction (0.4%), nausea (0.4%), and aggression (0.2%). These adverse events were generally temporary in nature, with only three cases resulting in device discontinuation. No lasting or irreversible effects were reported after discontinuation.
